I bought this and used it for the first time and it was great. Having the proofing basket and the silicone sling make baking the bread so much easier!

This is an excellent kit with some great tools. I just wish I knew what some of them were! It's not hard to look stuff up, I know. But it's alarming to learn, for example, that you can't use soap to wash the baskets from another source because those instructions weren't included. I would hate to think of the people ruining their set because they didn't know better! This would be a five-star set otherwise! The tools are sturdy and well-made, and the set has plenty of tools to start your baking journey!

There are so many variables when it comes to making bread. As a newbie, I would really appreciate it if they included instructions in this bread making kit. Then I’d know what to do with some of the items included.
