My daughter loves to color as a way to relieve stress and anxiety. She loves how vibrant the colors are and how one end is a wide tip for larger areas and the other a fine tip for detailed work. Her only "warning" is that they bleed through the paper so she has to put a piece of scrap paper between the pages or it will ruin the page underneath the one she's working on.

So I got the 262 set and I'm going to try to give as much info as possible. I am literally brand new at this. All of my coloring has been done with basic color sets, no shading/blending/etc. Something I really wanted to work on was shading, blending, and light but I couldn't justify buying the higher tier markers. I am actually really impressed by these. This pic is after about a week of learning how alcohol markers and such work. For paper: You CAN use regular paper but put construction paper behind it. I use cardstock now and still use the construction paper on the back because it bleeds through to the other paper just a bit still. I took a pic of the back too, but again, this is cardstock and if you want the better blends and such, you cant use regular paper. it'll rip and get flakey and the paper will warp.Markers: The color variety is so gorgeous! I will say, there are very few purples and blues. The seal can be tight on the markers sometimes so the ink tube may pop out. Good news is that the mess is minimal, if any. (Think enclosed foam tube with ink. Only the ends are open and it doesn't get ink anywhere unless those two open ends touch something.) I did have two dried out markers. This is normal, though and I plan on using a tip many use (if that doesn't work, I'll reach out to the company but it should work fine.) I will say, something that actually sucks is that the ink on the color/number labels on some are messed up. I can't remember if they came like that or if it's rubbing off. Hopefully the first. But can always use a label maker to fix it.Pens: Both black pens just....inked everywhere 😂. I got sooo much ink on me. The fine tip is really nice to have but the whole pen leaking was unfortunate. (Both did this.) The white pens were nice to have but they didn't have the brightness I was looking for so I went with GellyRoll pens instead.Colorless marker: Watching videos on this, it seems the general consensus is...eh. And that goes for any brand. I don't know how other brands will work but I stopped using it after a few days because I couldn't ever get it to look good. it mostly just strips color, not blend. (The pic here is done WITHOUT the colorless blender.)So, overall, it's definitely a learning experience with these markers but they are definitely worth the purchase. If youre looking for a set where you don't have to spend hundreds but still want a lot of colors, I'd say go with these!

They were great! Bright bold colors, and very fun to use. We are all using them at work for a project and everyone loves them!

They were okay, but I'm afraid they didn't last long. After a couple uses, some of the markers already started to dry up. They came jumbled together and the case itself is very flimsy. I will say that I enjoyed the amount of color options, but if you're looking for professional alcohol markers, there are definitely better brands out there.

Great set of markers for the price. After a couple weeks of using them, they have great high coverage with the ink and many colors. Only thing is I wish that they were sorted by color!

I got this set because I saw tons of light pinks—my dream! But turns out, the only thing pink here is my disappointment. Less than 10 actual pinks, and the rest? A glorious collection of 80 shades of brown. Seriously, I could color an entire tree trunk but not a single decent sunset.Oh, and the fun didn’t stop there! The set was missing the base, two white pens, and the two highlighters shown in the photo. No base for this many markers? Chaos. And to top it off, the markers arrived looking like they just crawled out of a dust storm. They don’t seem used, so why are they so dirty?Returning this mess and warning fellow any color but brown color lovers—save yourself the heartbreak!

I love this marker set. Just be careful because they bleed through every thickness of paper I have used. I now just use a piece of cardboard underneath. I forgot to tell my kids to put something under their papers and it bled all over my coffee table. But as you can see it is already a rough table (5 kids) so it wasn’t that big of a deal.
