This was shipped quickly, and arrived quickly. I see no difference as it looks brand new, and works like new. I saved quite a bit of money buying this renewed product. Not a mark on it, the screen is excellent, and all my books are displayed once I signed in. You can also side load ePub's as well, which I did. Not much to dislike. One thing I like about this nook is the bezels on the side are a bit bigger, which is good for me, having large hands, as I can hold on to it much easier than some other devices. page turn buttons work well too.

This is the 4th glow light that I’ve bought. I’ve given 2 to my sister. Battery life is great, easy to hold in your hands compared to a larger tablet or iPad. Size is perfect to carry around in my purse. If you’re looking for a perfect reader this is the one to pick.

I managed to crush my original Nook 4 under my recliner, I don’t recommend that. $150 was just too much to spend again so this refurb looked like a lifesaver. I just charged it, linked it and managed to remember my password. I defy anyone to tell this from the original, except for the crushed feature of course. Very happy.

I wanted to do a book reader upgrade that had a light. This one does the trick. Perfect size for your hand, and has a backlight for nighttime reading in bed. You can adjust lighting, and this holds a lot of books. Very happy with the purchase.

This is a very poorly designed product. It only does one thing. It is a reader. It is hard to work with and has no features at all and a tiny screen that is hard to read. I sent it back and bought a small android notebook for the same price and it does everything!! The android is a GREAT reader also as well as a giant phone!!
