good light output and work great for my wife’s plants in a glass 3 tier cabinet. Installation was easy, but the included cables are too short for my setup. I recommend purchasing longer cables for better flexibility.

I've bought this brand of grow lights for a few years and so far they are working good and reliable. Wish they were made somewhere else. But honesty counts. Good lights, good deal.got a lot of plants growing.

I purchased three sets of these lights to create a four-level seed-starting setup, and overall, I’m quite pleased with their performance. One of the most impressive aspects is the accuracy of the PAR values—after testing with a highly reliable and calibrated PAR meter, I found the manufacturer's claims to be spot on at the specified 7.78†height.Since I’m growing vegetable and herb seedlings, I aimed for a PAR range of 150-300. This required some adjustments in light spacing and height to achieve optimal results. Below are some key findings from my testing:- Two lights spaced 7.87†apart at 7.87†height: Consistent PAR readings around 104.- Two lights at 2.5†height: PAR values reached approximately 233 directly below each light but dropped off sharply in between (around 85 PAR).- Three lights spaced ~4†apart at 2.5†height: More even coverage with PAR values ranging from 280-320.- A single light at 2.5†height: Provided ~229 PAR directly underneath but dropped off significantly (95 PAR at 2.5†away, 19 PAR at 5†away).These results indicate that spacing and the number of lights used will significantly impact the effectiveness of the setup. For a 2-foot by 10-inch growing area, I’d recommend using three lights, spaced about 4†apart and positioned about 3†above the plants to achieve a balanced light distribution.One minor drawback is that I wish an extra connecting wire had been included, which would have made the setup more convenient. However, this is a small issue compared to the overall quality and performance of the lights.If you're setting up a grow station, carefully consider the PAR values and spacing to ensure your seedlings get the optimal light exposure. Seem to be working great! I linked all 4 and have them situated on my growing shelves. Most everything I started has new growth started as of 3 days in. Very pleased and very easy to use.

I have used these lights for about 6 months now. They are my first set of proper grow lights I've used for my Ikea greenhouse cabinet. They work great for ALL of my plants, including tropical foliage plants, succulents, carnivorous plants, vegetable seedlings etc. If this is your first time using grow lights, just be aware that the strength of the light decrease exponentially the further you get away. So my carnivorous plants that love strong light get a little shelf right under the lights, while my shade tolerant plants sit farther below.I like that the light emitted is slightly yellow and overall pleasant to look at and easy on the eyes - I have them working in my living room and it feels like sunlight next to the TV, unlike some purple / red / blue grow lights. The lights themselves are easy to assemble, lightweight, and come with adhesive pads and zip ties for easy installation. The lights have individual switches on each unit in addition to an on/off cable for full control of individual lights or a set of lights hooked up in a row. I have some zip tied to hooks on the top of my plant cabinet and some zip tied to the wire shelf halfway in my cabinet.I had a one or two switches that didn't work (the lights would still turn on though) and customer service was nice enough to send me another pack free of charge! I would recommend this brand as it wasn't too expensive, easy to use and install, and worked well for all my plants while looking good. I have just put in another order for the slightly stronger T8 LEDs from Barrina! Shout out to Nina for great customer service.

Easy to assemble and functions well as a grow light. I liked them so much I bought a second set.I have plants in very low-light conditions and these are keeping them happy for multiple weeks now. The light itself is a pleasant warm white, not disturbing or distracting.Assembly is very straight-forward. The modular design is very useful. I glued (using the double-sided sticky foam included in the box) 4 of them in a series to the bottom of shelves in a shelving unit, then two more to a different shelving unit (each box comes with 4). There is one reasonably long cord with an on/off switch for the entire series, and each light can be turned off separately using a switch on the light itself, which is a nice feature. The glue did come off once causing a light to fall but overall they are very solidly attached. The box comes with zip-ties and hooks you can screw in, haven't tried those.Keep in mind that the cords that go between the lights are rather short: they work for standards shelves about 12" apart, but anything longer than that you will need to buy separate longer extension cords. I was able to buy these on amazon and used them for larger shelves with bigger plants.There is no timer (review asked for a timer function review?). But you can buy one that plugs into the wall if you want.

It's been at least a year and it's still working great. I bolted these onto my bookshelf for all of our little plants and plunged it into a timer. The plants are very happy. Only issue is the cables are a little too short so I bought longer cables.

They are described as grow lights but it's not mentioned on the box. I bought the set of 4.Easy set up and like that they can be configured as a connected set of four (which I used) or 2 sets of 2, or as 2 singles. Comes with all the connections and 2 sets of electrical plug ins with on/off switches. I used the hanging clips and secured them by sliding the provided tie wraps under the clips and tying them to my 4 tier greenhouse shelves.The 24" lights are perfect for this. So far so good.

I have used other grow lights available on Amazon and they kept my plants alive sure, but nothing special. I then bought these lights. They're easy to use, easy to set up, have lots of extras for you to use them any way you need. They're amazing. I used command strips to put them to the shelf in case I changed my mind later. That's the minimum about these lights.Since I've started using these lights my plants have FLOURISHED! My cactus blooms every two months and has doubled in size. My African violets bloom every month or two. Everything else has constant new growth and look amazing. I'm in a basement suite and get limited daylight. Highly recommend these!
