The kids have moved out and when they visit having a luggage rack in their room is convenient. This 2-pack provides a clean, sturdy place to rest their luggage. Assembly is simple and requires only 2 tools (4mm allen wrench & 10 mm open wrench) that are provided. The webbing and construction is adequate for regular use. The painted material might show scratches and bumps with heavy hotel use but for my needs it is fine. There is a manual provided describing the tools and parts. The manual clearly portrays the assembly steps but the procedure I followed included:1. Screw the 4 feet into the bottom of the lower legs;2. Insert the lower leg into the upper portions and fasten with a screw using the 4 mm allen wrench;3. Connect the legs to form the cross connection with a bolt, spacer and cap nut with the 10 mm open wrench.It sounds easy and it was, except one of the upper leg portions was squashed during manufacturing and was out-of-round. The damage did not happen during shipping. I needed to return the oval opening of the upper portion to a round shape. Using a pair of needle nose pliers, the upper leg portion was forced back into round and accepted the lower leg. It was not difficult.I appreciate the tools included with the product. Particularly the cheap open wrench. I have collected an assortment of them which I have used several times on particularly hard to reach nuts and bolts. These cheap tools are easily bent to any required shape or angle. It takes a lot less time to bend one of these cheap wrenches than heating up and bending a good wrench from my tool chest.

These worked out perfectly for our tiny house guests. Slide under the bed when u don’t need. Doesn’t take up a lot of space.

These luggage racks just survived their first use with my recent guests. They did the job and held up well. They fold up easily for storage. All pieces needed for assembly were included in the box - no missing parts. Assembly was simple with the exception of one tube being out of round causing a problem with inserting a leg. I used plain old groove joint pliers to easily correct the shape of the tube which allowed me to complete the assembly and avoid a return. The out of round tube is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

I was really concerned and read lots of reviews before ordering this. The first luggage rack I received from another company was missing holes so I was not able to assemble it and had to return it. When I read the one star reviews on this product, again, I was very concerned, but this was the size I wanted, and I didn’t want a tray on the bottom so that I could sit it over other things. I have to say, this was so easy to assemble, took me very little time and it’s solid and sturdy. I am very happy with this product.

they seem sturdy and couldn't have been easier to assemble. Note that the top part with the straps has a top and bottom. I didn't notice that at first and put the first one together correctly... totally by luck. The second one not so lucky. Super easy to fix but just be aware.Of course, time will tell on the actual quality, but they seem really good.

Good grief! It took over an hour to put these together. They seem sufficient, but the top is smaller than other racks I have.
