In 2 weeks it'll be a year since I put it on, and I have never taken it off. It still looks as good as new! I've gone to the beach, worked up a sweat, etc, and the color remains just as vibrant as when I first got it. Please note: I only use plant-based skincare products, so there are no harsh chemicals that could affect the coating. It rarely tangles while I sleep, and if it does, it’s easy to fix. You also get used to the sound it makes and stop noticing it until someone jokes about it.

I have the kind of skin that tarnishes fake jewelry in a couple hours. Gold plated silver is silver in a few days. Whatever this is made of has kept it's color and quality for over a year. It's a go-to necklace for me and I love it.
