Bought this for our Fan Cave basement sports bar. The bar was built in 1920, so this wood game fits the theme nicely. We drilled out the holes for the "home run", etc., because just having them as divots didn't allow the ball to ever score. Quick and easy modification. Antique look and is a fun way to pass some time.

Missing a way to anchor the bat to the swing arm fitting. Pretty essential. Instructions (poorly) show the obvious assembly but omit this critical part entirely. Back stop parts don’t fit securely so flop over. Springs are pretty tight for a very lightweight base and shooter does nit deliver much push as a result. Amazon apparently dies nit vet products and then takes returns w/o checking for missing/dysfunctional parts, then just ships it to the next person :((. Wastes my time. I pay $150/year for this ‘service’ plus premium pricing that defies notion of “free shipping.â€

Love the idea of this thing, but the inserts actually do not fit. My husband had to shave off some wood for them to fit. 2 stars because of this.
