This is being used as a backstop in a batting cage that is used nearly daily. I have a pitching machine throwing softballs between 35-65 mph at it and it has been left out doors for nearly 2 months now. As of right now, there are no signs of wear on it at all. I think the materials that it is made out of are really durable and rugged and I expect it to last a really long time. I like the colors of the backstop because they are bright and present a clear strike zone for when we have live pitching going on.

A family friend coaches both softball and baseball, and theyre are always in need of equipment. We set this up at the park (attached to a portable pitching net) and it worked out great! The mat was taking a real beating and it held up great and is still in like-new condition. The girls pitch pretty well, so the mat was taking some serious whoppers.After we finished practice, just rolled it up and threw it in the back of his pickup - ready for the next practice session in a couple days. Wish I had ordered more.

This is a nice addition to our batting practice, and it is made of a heavy enough material to hold up to many hits. The grommets made it easier for attaching although it took a little trial and error to figure out just the right height for hanging. I deducted a star because the red trim material seems cheap in comparison to the thick material of the overall target. It seems as if it would start to break down and unravel within a year or two of being subject to the outdoor elements, so it's a part that I'm going to keep my eye on.
