Soft but also Firm just enough ... Really like the Black semi-satin finish as it will mask any future discolorations keeping it looking new and fresh. I also purchased separate matching Black zipper closure covers to insulate and protect these fresh new pillows!

*PURCHASE REASON: I had these crappy flat pillows from Ikea that offered no support, and went on Amazon to find these thick ones.*FAVORITE FEATURE(s): I love the feeling of having my head sink into something slowly. This does exactly that*PROS: -Color scheme (less likely to see stains if anything happens to them/cover comes off during sleep) -Very thick and fluffy pillows*CONS: -Thickness can sometimes be much (my head and neck felt higher up than the midline of my body and it took some getting used to, probably since I was previously using very flat pillows) -Pillow shape can be warped soon after opening (should diminish with more use and forming it with hands)*RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MANUFACTURER: N/A*RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OTHER BUYERS: Be sure to puff it with your hands to make sure the shape becomes more square and flattened when you take it out of the packaging! It might need a few days/weeks of use for it to get into a nice shape.*REASON FOR STARS: 4 STARS due to how my neck and head had been feeling, as well as the misshapenness of the pillow initially when out of bag

This is my second time buying these but this pair are too soft and squish flat. Not comfortable for me as a side sleeper. I’d return them except I already tossed the old pair.

If you are looking for a good quality hotel style down alternative pillow this is what you are looking for. I wanted to try something different, because I always get neck pain with other pillows and they are uncomfortable. Since I got this pillow I've been sleeping better. I regret not buy them before. The material is a good a quality, they are filled, soft and cool to the touch. I will get another pack of King size pillows for my husband. I love them.

I used these exact pillows at a vrbo. They were not this puffy. These actually leave me with a kinked neck in morning.

All these reviews and pictures of fluffy thick pillows. Mine are flat and thin, I think they forgot the rest of the filling. They looked nice out of the package but the air rushes out of them when your head puts pressure. I hardly know the difference without a pillow.
