Freaking awesome product, use this every time I go fishing. Face layer is great, Helps you stay warm or cold depending on the elements. Thickness is accurate and color is accurate. Sizing is also accurate. If you fish and are looking for a great addition to your wardrobe this is it!

I like to fish, and needed a way to minimize the sun damage on my delicate skin. I have some others that claim to be cool in sun, but they 'bout roast me. I ordered the BASSDASH shirt and here is my review --> I stand 5'11, weighing in at a whopping 220 (working on that) and the 3XL was what I ordered. It fits well, not too tight, can be layered, or worn alone. The shirt falls nicely just around my hips and goes good with my jeans, shorts, capris or leggings. Has a cool side zipper to hold my ID, a bit of cash and my cigs. The arms are full length, not chopped off above my wrist, the thumb holes are neatly sewn and symmetrical. The color and its gradient effect are beautiful and I like everyone to know I am a fisher girl (hope you can dig that). The hoodie and built in gator neck provide protection if I'm sitting still casting or running on the water. Bonus-Girl! It has a hole for my pony tail! I love it. You will too.

I originally ordered a small but once I received it I exchanged for a medium, it was form fitting and I prefer a little space, however I have gotten other small bassdash items in the past and been perfect, so it all depends on how you like the fit, but a great free exchange either way you look at it! Once I got the medium (very quick delivery, refund, and exchange) I tried it on and loved it, the built in mask keeps your face warm and the pony tail hole is convenient so the hood stays on your head better, unless of course your trying to cover your hair but the hole isn’t wide open only a slot so it protects that too. Very nice fishing shirt overall!

This shirt is really comfortable! It is thin enough to be light but is good quality and really stretchy. It's not see through at all! The dot pattern fades from top to bottom. The built in neck gaiter with a hood is a game changer! The gaiter keeps the sun and wind from bothering you while you're fishing. I chose a medium and it is comfortable and not too tight. It is loose fitting but super stretchy. There is also a zipper pocket on the bottom right hip so that you can store keys, cash or a card in there. Did I mention the thumb holes?! This helps keep your sleeves in place when you're reeling in a big one. I absolutely love this shirt that Bassdash sent me and wear it all the time!!

The arms are a little tight but that is probably best for bugs, the hood is deep and works well. I decided to mow the lawn in 98 degree weather and the hood was very nice. I feel like I wasn't any hotter on my torso that I was with my shorts and sandals (I know, terrible choice for mowing the lawn, but it was hot) I did feel the sun a lot less thanks to the shirt fabric and that was great. I will probably be investing in more of these though I might go for the ones without a gator, it feels a little claustrophobic but I'm also not used to wearing one.

Might be good for fishing, but not good for mountaineering. Not super breathable like other sun shirts. The fabric is stretchy but too tight around the wrists, buff and hood. Hood doesn’t stay up over helmet.

The best surprise were the thumb holes for when you want the sleeves to cover as much of your hands as possible. The hood and built in scarf is nice when on the boat at dusk. When it’s windy, this helps keep the wind off your skin, but let’s you breathe. I didn’t get bit by any mosquitoes, but wasn’t really in the woods when wearing it. This fabric is soft and doesn’t snag. It’s like silk, but not silk.The fit is snug but isn’t super tight.

Fits how I expected, looks nice, the colour is beautiful, the coverage is fantastic and the fabric is a nice texture. I thought the scarf/hood part would be annoying if it wasn’t up but it was fine, and I love that if I’m out cycling or skiing for a long time I can put them up for added coverage, the thumb holes give you protection on your hands. I will be buying more of these!

I received this shirt from my husband for use when walking my dog to keep the sun off of me so, was pleasantly surprised when it also kept the mosquitoes, deer flies and horseflies off of me too! It’s great to have the neck/face mask when walking on dusty roads every time a vehicle goes rushing by creating a cloud of dust. Wear it all the time when I’m out hanging in the sun, gardening or vacuuming the pool. Love that it has a zipped pocket for my phone although it is in an awkward position and could be a bit more in front as opposed to the side/back.

Es ist ein Graus mit den Größen. Während fast die ganze restliche Welt normiert und vereinheitlicht ist, schaffen es Hersteller von Bekleidung nicht, Konfektionsgrößen einheitlich nach bestimmten Größen und Maßen festzulegen. So kommt es eben vor, dass auch hier eine Größe M der Trägerin deutlich zu eng war und es nach Rücksendung und Neubestellung die Größe L wurde. Im sonstigen Leben meiner Frau ein völliges Unding in Sachen Kleidung.Das Shirt selbst ist Klasse, Sonnenschutz ist voll und ganz gegeben. Nutze selbst eins und man kann es Dank des leichten und sehr angenehmen Tragegefühls ohne Unterwäsche tragen. Keine zusätzliche Sonnencreme aufgetragen, bietet die Gewebezusammensetzung vollen Schutz. Wer keine Scheu hat, bei knalliger Sonne eine Kapuze zu tragen wird sich auch nicht als red neck bemitleiden lassen müssen. Ist die richtige Größe gefunden - ein richtig tolles Teil.
