The suction at first suck, but after cleaning the surface I reapply the clock and it stayed. The only thing I don’t like is it’s hard to pop the clock out to replace the battery.

This clock will not stay on the wall longer than 6 seconds, despite of trying every effort recommended for ensuring it will do so. It was an attempt to replace a similar clock purchased from Amazon 10 years ago that finally stopped working. That clock stayed on the wall with no problem. Unfortunately it is no longer available.

Clock stopped keeping time, despite second hand still moving. Changed batteries several times. Also a pain to get to battery area, but we figured it out. Would not buy again

It seems like it will serve its purpose well enough, but it has a significant toxic smell when you get it. Not sure if an extended period of airing it out will help. However are you sure you want toxic chemicals mixing with the steam in your shower, providing a direct express highway to your bloodstream when you breathe it in?

This item has a very strong plastic smell which doesn’t go away after being out of the box for several days! It’s toxic!
