I purchased this on a whim as it is my favorite gym equipment to use. The price was reasonable and I am amazed on the quality. It has options for attaching. You have to decide whats best for you and where to put it. We literally used the bracket and put in on our wall.Love it!

Great quality! Quick and easy to set up! My first impression was that they were too lightweight. So I continued the exercise to learn how long it took to start the burn, not very long. After five minutes I was starting to sweat and relieved by the weight. A very good way to do arm lifts. I tended to think more about the rope than how long or how any repetitions I had done. It’s also a better approach to transitioning to heavier weights if that’s your goal. For some hyperextending the spine may cause some discomfort as you must bend forward a bit. Just sit backwards in a chair to overcome the discomfort.

We don't have this mounted. Just wrap it around a basketball hoop pole at our playground. They are good quality and pack up fine. The workouts are easy to understand
