Even though the description states it is a direct bolt on replacement for the stock spacer, you CAN NOT use your factory throttle body. I know it says you should use the BBK throttle body, my mistake was assuming (I know) that a direct bolt on for the factory spacer would allow the use of the factory throttle body. The factory throttle body IAC will hit the body of the spacer, preventing you from installing the factory throttle body flush against the spacer.
