Why Our Grill Cover Thinner than Others:
There are two cloth indicators:
1. denier coefficient, which is commonly known as the D number.
2. weaving density, which is commonly known as the T number.
There are also two physical coatings:
1. PVC Coating 2. PU Coating
(1) If the D number is too high, the T number will decrease. If the T number is too high, the D number will decrease. It means that how many things and how big the same fixed space can hold.
(2) Our fabric is just right to choose a balance value, because the D number and the T number need to achieve a balanced value, not the higher the better, the D number (too high thickness) will harden after long-term use, and then will accelerate rupture and is not breathable.
(3) A good fabric should be flexible and tear-resistant at the same time. Our fabric is tear-resistant than many heavy Duty fabrics on the market.
(4) Our coating also uses PU coating. Most of the heavy-duty on the market are PVC. The PVC may allow their cover thicker, but it will cause hardening and tearing after a few times exposing under sun and rain. The cost of PU is more expensive and the air permeability is better. Therefore, there will be no water vapor and mildew, and PU is flexible.
(5) The entire cover uses double-sided stitching, so more fabric will be wasted, but there will be no water seepage between the stitches and tear.
(6) In addition, the color fastness of our fabrics has been treated with special technology and can withstand fading for about the same time as Weber, so there is no tearing within a few years.
Super UV-Resistant and Waterproof
Comnova BBQ grill cover is made of high-quality heavy-duty oxford cloth with waterproof PU coating and UV-resistant coating. Compared with PVC type grill cover, our grills are softer and more breathable.
Adjustable Velcro Straps Design
Both sides of the grill cover are designed with adjustable magic bands, which have been lengthened and widened. It can be flexibly fixed on grills of various sizes. Help tighten and prevent the grill cover from blowing off.
Our Cover Pass Strict UV Test
UV test can reproduce the damage caused by sunlight, rain and dew through the equipment. In test report, our grill cover can withstand at least 3 years of UV aging, which is much better than the ordinary paint.

This item has gone through a few wind and rain storms and has held up well. The sun has not been able to bleach it out and weaken the material either.Good sturdy quality one loves to get!!

The BBQ cover is not as thick as I wanted to keep water out . Material is ok but its not heavy duty enough for storing the BBQ outdoors . It fits very nice and looks good on my new BBQ grill . If your BBQ is not out in the element it would be great to keep the dust and dirt down . Its just OK but not heavy duty !

Purchased as a replacement and was concerned when it arrived as is very thin. Has now been on the grill for several months and is looking nice, is easy to replace and remove and appears to be good quality, so pleased with it. No fading and we had a brutal summer.

We just got this for our new grill. It fits perfectly and has a nice weight to it—not flimsy. I put it on for the first time when the grill was dry. Then last night we got some thunderstorms. The cover stayed in place perfectly, but when I took it off today there was water pooled on top of the grill. I believe it likely seeped in through the seams. The material itself is waterproof I'm sure, but the construction is probably not. Will keep for now, but thinking we might need to upgrade to something truly waterproof eventually.

This is a good cover. We had our previous cover (which has some wear and is breaking down) for over 7 years. The cover we had was top notch. It was heavy, insulated, and very heavy duty. I was looking for one to duplicate it. I was hoping, by the description of this one, that the Comnova BBQ would exceed or be the same as our previous. The Comnova is an adequate cover. It is lightweight from the feel. It does cover what we need. We will see how it performs throughout our stormy winter and spring weather. I will update if it breaks down in the weather.

Very thin Oxford 600D material (is this only pvc?). Garbage! I did not see that this item is not retunable. Now i know that non returnable items are probably cheap . Waste of money, do not buy, pictures show nice product but in fact this is a dollar store item.

Pretty good so far. In the Nova Scotian snow fall, the birds are staying away from the orange colour?Not ripped through yet!
