While the devices themselves are fine, some of them did not work, and i ended up testing all 98 of them.Out of the 98 devices, 82 functioned as expected, and the rest were DOA. I can only assume these dead transistors are the result of being packaged in a small plastic box that has no anti-static properties.Of the working 82 transistors, they function well, and do not appear to have any cosmetic, or functional defects.
