Each slot is slightly recessed to hold cards; however, because I collect autographed cards, they have to go inside UV protected penny sleeves, making using this somewhat difficult. I solved this by using a small amount of clear tape on the penny sleeve to hold the central ones in place. What would probably improve this would be 4 additional screws around the center card slot.Either way, this holder displays cards very nicely and has a slot for a nail or screw in order to hang it on the wall. Recommended for those who want to display special cards.

First half the screws were missing from the package when I opened it up and the card tray isn't big enough to hold the cards in place even for standard sized cards. So they keep falling out of place after I have it all set up and screwed tightly shut. I was really excited to get this and display some of my cards but it's been almost unusable.

Good quality for a cheap price! It is slightly larger then expected but about 9 1/2 inches by 12 1/2. Does require some assembly and you need a Phillips head screwdriver. But it is pretty easy to assemble.

Unfortunately options are limited for a 3 x 3 card frame so this is our best option. That said, it has poorly drilled holes for the screws so you have to finesse them in instead of an easy lineup.

The one I received...two of the screw holes were not bored all the way through and two were too small for the screws and NONE of the holes were tapped for the screws. Too make it work...I had to carefully make the holes bigger where needed and thread all the holes. And 2 got small cracks doing so. Appeared to me to be a reject piece from the assembly line that somehow got thru.

This unit came with all of the parts. However, they don't fit together very well. 3 of the 12 holes came pre-stripped (not good). The rest WILL strip, as there are only two or three threads screwing into brittle plastic. You cannot apply enough pressure for the center frame to hold a card, so it just slips down in the frame, so it requires a bit of tape to hold it in. Good luck trying to use this frame more than once. You'd have to throw the screws away and get some small bolts with nuts to hold the two pieces of the frame together securely. Although the frame was factory packed, with a plastic sheet between the pieces, the plastic was still marked up, abraided from shuffling during shipping which doesn't polish off with a cloth.. Complete waste of time and money.

Despite packing with air pillows to avoid damage, and with no damage to the box, the product arrived with the top right corner cracked off and glass fragments throughout the box.Not sure if I was sent a defective product or the glass is just that fragile.
