This Model is very close to the REAL DEAL and fun to look at. I would not consider it a Toy for Kids. The Price is unbeatable since Models this size with TRADEMARK will cost >$100. To activate the Lights and Sound you need to push the REAR WHEEL UP or push the SEAT down. Just pushing on the Seat with with the Model in Hand will not do anything ;-)

I used to have a dollhouse business. I only dealt with 1:12 scale. Though the business is closed I still love and collect 1:12 miniatures. When I saw this this I knew I had to add it to my collection. This looks great! It is die cast, some plastic and the tires are rubber. They say children can play with this but I think it's better as a display item whether on it's own, displayed with other motorcycles or cars or displayed in a miniature setting with people. Eventually it will be in a miniature setting with my 1:12 biker guys in a garage. (Still building the garage and acquiring more accessories.)This would look great displayed on an acrylic stand or displayed on the stand that comes with it. See the picture. It's still in some of the packaging.It is suppose to make engine noises and the headlights light up by pressing on the seat. Mine however does not work but this isn't important to me. There are no instructions included.The kickstand is actually pathetic. It's a flimsy piece of thin plastic.I still think it deserves 5 stars even with it's faults. It's a great display item and well worth the price. I'll be looking for more motorcycles by this same company.

Great diecast motorcycle with sound and working suspension. I was going to give this to my youngest, but elected to keep it due to the intricate detail. In the box with a on a nice stand is a nice touch as well. The bike even has a license plate! Even has a lift for the rear wheels!The only thing that I don't like is the company is trying to skirt around copyright laws by calling this a Dulcet for a Ducati. Based on that I'm not sure if it's worth the price and the reason for 3 stars on value and 4 overall.

As an enthusiast, even one who owns a bike with VERY SIMILAR Italian livery, I like to see images of bikes, movies of bikes, models of bikes. and, heck, even bikes. As such, this is exactly the kind of thing I'll put on the shelf behind my desk, at work.It's fairly substantial, in size and weight, which helps improve the perceived quality. The tires are rubber, and roll. The steering works. No real front shock, but there is a rear one. Chain does not rotate with rear wheel. Overall, the aesthetics are pleasing. It's glossy and very reminiscent of bikes you know. At first take, you'll be sure you saw a certain trademark, only to double-take and see that the logo is slightly different. The only sticker that's a dead-on ringer is 1199, which should clue in most of you.The box is marked 8+, which I think is about right. The bike is probably a little too fragile for some of the "sweet jumps" a 4-year-old might put it through.The ad shows a rear-wheel stand that my shipment did not include - just the motorcycle and a decent, though plastic, screw-on display stand. Because the kickstand works, you can ditch the display stand in favor of parking it on the kickstand.
