Perfect baptismal gift for a boy. The little wooden chest and brass anchor are beautifully crafted, actually quite exquisite. The engraved verse on the compass is a life-long favorite of his grandmother. It marks the occasion without being cloyingly religious.Last but not least: it was delivered within a day and a half!!

I've given two of these for First Communion gifts for 7 year old boys. They both loved them and their parents appreciated the chance for them to teach the boys a new skill. The wooden presentation box, the compass and the engraving were very high quality for the price. I'm ordering another to give to an adult male who is being invested as a Deacon in his church. I would definitely recommend as a thoughtful, classy and unique gift for any age.

This made a great baptism gift. There were different choices to pick from but decided on this one because of the anchor. The anchor had other symbolic meaning so it made it a perfect gift for the occasion.
