Mine came missing a nut. The nut the clearly illustrated in the guide and was necessary to keep the degree guide locked. Without it, I wouldn't be able to cut at an angle properly. I had to go out and buy one, but the screw is an usual size; I had to have a worker at the store help me find a nut that would work and it took him quite a while. Since it was such an odd size, I had to buy a pack of them. It only put them out $2 plus the drive and my time, but I was still miffed. The nut I bought fits but it doesn't work perfectly; I have to fiddle with it to keep the guide from sliding around. Ultimately I'm disappointed with the quality. It feels cheaper than I was expecting.Update: The seller reached out to me and offered me a $6 refund to cover the missing part. They said they reached out to their supplier to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Basically useless. Clamp holds about 3/4†of stock. Blade cuts thickness of about 1/4â€

Perfect for jobs a Dremel could do but much safer than free handing it. This fits the bill for using the right tool for the job at hand. Good build quality, solid.

I love this little saw but there are a few issues. First of all, the clamp only allows a small piece of wood to be used. That is fine, since it is such a small saw, but there isn't any wiggle room. The way it cuts the angles is really good! The blade is not lined up with anything so when you pull down to cut you don't necessarily know where you are going to cut because you are just eyeing it. I tried marking on the table part of the saw but when the saw is not on you can't bring the arm down to really see where the blade is actually going to hit the wood. Hard to explain but the blade does not come down flush with the clamp. I tried to cut a piece that was taller than the clamp, because I wanted a wider piece of wood cut than what fit in the clamp area. the wood went flying and now the blade seems off, so I will have to take it apart and either replace the blade or realign it.

I do a lot of tinkering and building small little projects. This little tabletop device is such a great help. It starts up every time I press the button. No issues. Great value for the money. This device has saved a lot of time for me. If and when this thing ever stops working, I will definitely buy another.

Compre este producto para realizar cortes sencillos de materiales de espesores pequeños. El sistema de esta cortadora no tiene mucha capacidad. Arriba de 8 mm no logra cortar plásticos y el disco se "amarra" y/o se detiene. Es necesario levantar el brazo de la cortadora para reiniciar el corte nuevamente. Esto es debido a que el disco esta actuado por un par de poleas tipo timing conectada por una banda, al intentar realizar cortes de mas espesor sencillamente la banda patina y el disco se detiene. OK, sabÃa que es una cortadora económica y por tanto no tendrá capacidad, ok, a realizar cortes en etapas lentamente. Sin embargo, al cambiar de material e intentar cambiar el disco dentado por otro de corte, es IMPOSIBLE remover el tornillo que su jeta el disco. Aun removiendo la polea que impulsa el disco y usar pinzas para sujetar la flecha de esta, es imposible remover el tornillo del disco. Si se desea remover el disco se debe de destruir este y aun asà no es posible remover el tornillo. Si se compra un producto como este es necesario tener en mente que se podrán presentar multiples problemas, sencillamente es "un volado", posiblemente toque un producto no tan mal ensamblado como este y se corra con mejor suerte.
