I love this thing! It is super easy to use. It makes ric cleaning so much easier than it normally is it takes a few minutes to heat up. That's about it but I'm used to that anyways so that's the norm. But it has so many attachments. You can use it in any room of the house to clean anything. I've been using it on my cabinets. My walls, everything I can think of I've been using. This is definitely worth it. It is a great price, holds up well and has enough attachments for everything.

Heats up fast, I use it to clean my hardwood floors. Can control the amount of stream out put at the handle. Like every steam cleaner, you follow up with a dry towel. Very easy to use, not heavy to carry

Great BUT it is too good for itself. The fist day i used this I tried all the attachments there is a little notch to click some of the smaller ones in place it melted .that day. Now aft9er some time I am having issues with it shutting off. I c9an unplug it

This is my 3rd. I’m kinda rough on them. This one seems to be heavier duty. Except for the two straight extensions are not sturdy at all. Lots of useful attachments, easy to use and heats up quick. Wonderful way to clean the house without chemicals. Safer cleaning for my 4 pups..!

When I first got it I wrote:The whole unit seems cheaply made. The handle grip is super uncomfortable. The stopping to wait for it to cool and refill is annoying. Past unit I needed to refill once this one takes two refills for the same space.Now: I have used it a few times. It already has lost its steam pressure.Not worth the money.
