This bed binder should come automatically with every split king motion bed. The first couple months of our new bed were difficult. Sliding into the crack, not being able to sleep next to your partner, the mattresses working themselves apart, and “activities†that became very awkward. THIS BED BINDER IS AWESOME. It took us about 3 minutes to install and it works perfectly. A couple of hints:I was glad I read not to pull it too tight. Don’t scrunch the sides of your mattress. It isn’t necessary.We put it in the middle of the mattresses. Raising the foot up makes it easy to slide under the mattress. (Do not go under the mechanical bed part. Just under the mattress.) Make sure you have the connection pad totally flat.The twin XL sheets go right over the bed binder. I worried they would be awkward where the binder connects the two mattresses, but they are fine. We also do not feel the binder under the sheets.It does have plastic connectors but they are fine, not flimsy as some reviews reported.THIS PRODUCT IS THE ANSWER TO THE CRACK. LOL

Marked it 4 stars because the clips/fasteners are plastic rather than metal. The plastic will probably break eventually/sooner. Amazon was supposed to deliver it next day, but took 2 days (I did not mark down for this as it was an Amazon problem rather than from the manufacturer). The bed is firmer with the binder on, which is a problem. I will fix that by buying a King mattress pad (currently using 2 twin XL). Not sure how/if the bed will adjustablity will work as haven't tried that. Fortunately our dog does not sink into the mattress crack now on our King adjustable bed (2 twin XL). I tried another bridge before getting this, but it didn't work as the bridge sunk into the crack. The options when buying was 20" or 24" wide. I ordered the 24", but it only measures 22" wide.

We were so hopeful for this product to solve our problems, but the clips are plastic and loosen quickly. It bunches up and now the entire top is fuzzy and the cheap material is falling apart. I would love to return, but I don’t think I can in this condition.

We have an adjustable bed and although it did keep the mattresses from sliding it would bunch up and be uncomfortable. When I first put it on hubby complained it felt stiff like a kids waterproof pee pad due to the material and thickeness. The packaging is really nice. The quality is great. Even with my husband and I both sleeping at different levels it held up. It was super easy to assemble.

It was a bit of a pain to put on by myself but it was doable. It actually works, where inhad my doubts. Unfortunately I'm gonna have to go thrue and order king sheets now, but that's less annoying then the split in my bed. The price wasn't bad. Totally worth notnhaving my bed seperate in the middle ofnthe night. I have a blanket over my sheets so I don't even notice it. And it's ajustable so it fit fine, beware if you get a double pillow top it may not work.

Great in theory. Was very hopeful that it would solve our issue of the void between our mattresses. It seemed to work, but then it started scrunching up and the spaces above and below the bridge was still an issue. Wish we had decided to return it within our 30 days…we were really trying to make it work. In the end, it was a waste of money!

A few years ago, hubby and I splurged on a beautiful split-mattress Temperpedic. Totally worth the money. But, after a few nights of sleeping, the two mattresses would slide further and further apart, which would eventually create a chasm of doom. My beloved fur baby would consistently jump up on the bed for snuggles and SHLOOP! Straight into the chasm of doom. Granted, he would only fall 10 inches or so before abruptly stopping at the bed base, it was still quite alarming. Not having researched the chasm of doom gap-stop options, we immediately purchased a bolster to bridge the gap. Cool cool cool cool. Until it too fell victim to the dark void. Because our individual mattresses are at different configurations (head higher, feet higher, etc.) the bolster just wouldn't stay in place. Enter, the BEDBINDER! The answer we didn't know we needed. It took less than five minutes to install, it might have taken less had the fur baby not thought it was playtime. I was concerned that we would be able to feel the material under the sheets, but we did not. It lays smooth, didn't bunch at all, and 100% closed up the chasm of doom! The straps don't slide or loosen, the fabric stays put, and the sheets magically fit over nicely. Absolutely worth every penny.

No se mueve, es importante después de colocar el convertidor (cinturones y el lienzo) poner un cubre colchón o protector tamaño king lo deja más firme, no se moverá… compré un cinturón adicional para colocarlo alrededor de los dos colchones o sea en todo el perÃmetro pero no fue necesario, quizás porque tengo alfombra y resulta una ayuda extra.

I have a automatic king size split bed. Split beds do like to separate, leaving you a crater to fall into. Well this product works great to fix this problem. With two simply steps, it’s been on the bed now for almost a month and I’m loving it. It doesn’t hinder raising the head or feet, like others do. Only negative thing I could say is with split fitted bed sheets, they won’t fit probably. But it still works, the fitted sheet stay put.
