Very cute addition to the house. Got it for a twin bed indoors to work as a canopy. It popped open and only needed 3 poles in the top for support. Zipper quality is great. Tent quality is great and durable.

I bought this because my kid keeps sneaking into the masters room every night. I was the same exact way during his age. So I know already it’s not the dark he’s scared of. He’s scared of reflections from mirrors, windows, shadows, open doors etc. Psychologically, think of cavemen days. People felt safer sleeping in caves because it’s protected from the elements and predators can only come in from one way and you can always block it off. this tent provides the same concept, that’s why it’s popular with the kids.He also keeps asking me to build a fort in the living room with him using blankets. I’ve hated this because he once did this and left soda and snacks in the fort and ants got in and it was a pain washing multiple thick blankets. Thankfully, I found this in Amazon!First, my tiny mom self and tiny child were able to set this up ourselves. There was a bunk full-bed mattress that had to be taken out, then this thing pops up like a camping tent, rods inserted in, mattress needed to be lifted up the bunk again and inserted into the tent. If us tiny humans can do it anyone physically healthy can.Both ends of the tent have entrance zippers. They also have window zippers. This is perfect because when I’m in there I feel like I can’t breathe so I “crack a window†open. It does get hot in there (and he’s using it now during the coldest month of the year) so i can’t imagine what it would be like in the summer time. The good news is my kid likes to take his shirt off at night, so I do feel better that it’s hot in there so he doesn’t get a cold. In the summer, I plan on blowing a fan in there for him. So even with some windows unzipped for air, it’s still dark in there at night which is good for my kid because he discovered he likes it pitch black.My other favorite pro: it’s perfect for movies. No other room in the house is dark enough for my projector. So we have one end of the tent against a wall. When it’s movie time, we unzip that side and use the beige wall as a screen.My other favorite pro: I have a naughty cat that twice peed on that bunk bed. We have no idea why because he doesn’t do it anywhere else. Our theory is that my son had peed a little on his blanket, we didn’t notice, but the cat did and thought he could too. We have to close that room all day but sometimes my son forgets. With this tent, the mattress is protected from the cat.One tiny con: the entrance zipper is a bit hard to close or open from inside the tent. I worry that one day it’ll just break. It hasn’t yet so we’ll see.Overall, a great investment for the kiddo, and also mine and husbands sleeping sanity.

I bought this product for a family vacation. Due to new ownership of our last beach cottage my family had to find a new place to rent. Going up before the season started, we found a cottage close to the rest of the families we vacation with. The cottage was great for location, however the only downside was there were not enough beds, someone in our family had to sleep on the couch! Knowing that everyone else was bringing their significant other and I was not, I knew I was going to be stuck. I started doing some research, this tent looked like the best option and it worked out great! We brought up a twin mattress which fit perfectly inside with ease, threw in some blankets and pillows and presto instant bed room. I went with the darker color incase I wanted to take a nap during the day, I figured it would block out the sun easier, which it did! The tent was very breathable and the fabric was a good durable quality. It has many sections with zipper access so no matter where you decide to put it, you have access to get in. But wait, you need your phone right? Open up another zipper close to an outlet, plug in your charger, put the cord in your tent and zip the opening closed. Need access to something else? Open up the zipper closest to what you are looking for. The tent also has a hanging mesh pocket to store items. Perfect spot to put your glasses so they don't get crushed, wallet or other items you want to keep close to you.The set up was very easy, it literally just pops into place just like the instructions say. But who reads the instructions? I know I didn't, I just untied all the little straps and once I unbuckled the two larger straps on each side it literally sprung up at me. But that's what a good laugh is for. So when setting it up make sure you follow the instructions and have a good grip on it before you unbuckle it. Packing it away was just as easy. Following the instructions, you just fold it into a figure 8, buckle the straps back up and put it away in the storage bag. Cleaning it is just as easy! each pole is removeable and you can just put it right into the washing machine. Once its dry, install the poles and fold it back up.Out of a 1-10, I would give this product a 10. I was a little hesitant because of the price but it worked out great and was just what I needed. And with the quality of the product I know it will last for many years to come, for whichever occasion it calls for. I just wish it was sound proof, but that's what ear plugs are for. I would highly recommend this to someone else.

I bought this bed tent for my child who is autistic as she likes to have a blanket over her whenever she goes to sleep. She likes to feel enclosed and feel secure to self regulate or help her sleep. We like that it’s breathable and air can flow freely inside. It’s easy to set up or to put away and is portable. Overall I highly recommend. So far it’s sturdy and also it looks really good in her new bedroom that we are still putting together. She likes hanging around inside her bed tent!

This tent fits the top bunk perfectly. This tent was EASY to assemble and as long as you place the mattress inside the tent before placing it on the top bunk, it’s a breeze! Previous reviews stated the challenges to get the tent into the top bunk, but if you have a second person to help lift it, it takes 5 seconds. The whole assembly was 3 minutes.My son LOVES this tent. Previously he would make a cave under his duvet so this allows him to have “a tent cave†without him quasi-suffocating himself. It’s a great tent. I ordered a second one for my daughter! 5 stars!!!
