I usually suffer from neck pain. The pillow is comfortable and the cover always keeps it fresh. Would’ve liked maybe more heigth difference between the two parts.

I stayed overnight at my friends place and she had this pillow in her guest room. I thought it seemed oddly shaped, plus I'm a side sleeper so I wasn't expecting much. After one night I loved this pillow so much that I ordered one for myself. My first pillow was promptly stolen by my son, the second stolen by my hubby. After the second "pillow appropriation" I bought two more, one for me and one for my oldest son. All of us sleep in different positions and every one of us love our new pillow.As far as a description of the pillow, I have to say it is memory foam so it's heavier than a normal pillow. Density-wise it gives plenty of support, and it is so soft at the same time. Even though I am a side sleeper, the curve of the pillow feels non-existent once I lay my head down. It comes the absolute softest, washable, zippered pillow case which was a nice surprise.Since every family member has a different preference in pillow, it speaks volumes that this pillow performs perfectly for all of us. We have been using them for a few months now and I have ZERO complaints. Height and softness were perfect, and support definitely gets an A Plus!

First off, this is a beautiful pillow. The slip cover on it is really lovely. I wanted to really love the rest of the pillow, too, but wasn't to be. I'm a side sleeper with neck stiffness problems and need a side-sleeping pillow to support my head and offer support to my neck while I'm sleeping. I have one that is good but seems to be breaking down, so I opted to try this particular pillow as a replacement. The problem for me was that it is so very soft...way too soft to offer any real support. My head and neck sunk down into the pillow and offered I had absolutely no support whatsoever. It is a very yummy, soft pillow. Great quality. But, unfortunately not for me. If you need support, this probably isn't the pillow for you. If you like soft, squishy pillows, go for it. It is a nice pillow otherwise. I'll be giving mine to my husband who likes soft pillows, so it won't be returned. Again, nice pillow just no real support to speak of if you're looking for that.

This pillow is amazing. It does keep you cool and does exactly what the company says. The first night sleeping on it I felt such a relief and now I'm able to get out of bed in the morning. I no longer wake up with upper body stiffness. I'm no longer cranky and tired because the quality of my sleep has drastically improved. There is healing power in getting a good night rest especially because I have been working through grief and sleep does help one heal. During the night I switch from the lower to higher height depending on how I'm sleeping. The lower height for sleeping on my back, the higher height for sleeping on my side. Great design, very functional, great for pain relief and it DOES keep you cool at night.

After a few nights sleeping on the Bedsure Pillow I did notice an improvement that helped eliminate most of the neck pains I had previously been experiencing. Did notice that this pillow felt abit hard on the head and could use a little more softness.
