This is one of our favorite activities with my baby! We started him on these cards when he was 2 months old when I found out about them. We do them about 3-5 times a week and he is super engaged and excited! We’ve made it to the 3-6 month old cards and he’s amazed with the new shapes and colors. This helps with his sensitivity and his movement of head!

I bought these when my baby was still a newborn and got to show him all of the black and white ones while he was still developing. He seemed to really enjoy them. A variety of shapes and colors, they helped me to enhance his vision and build a vocabulary. We are studying the 3 month old set now which features slightly more complex images and a dash of color here and there. I'd recommend these to all parents, or teachers.

As a pediatric occupational therapist, I spent a lot of time searching for developmental toys for my best friends baby. These did not come with a stand, but that can also make them more versatile for positioning. They are well-organized and labeled by month for easy use, what every new mom needs! They gradually introduce color by set, corresponding appropriately with visual development. The cards have good quality and are good size. Highly recommend!

The biggest perk I was looking for was having both upper and lower case letters on the same card, which makes it easier for kids to recognize them as the same sound/letter later on- and these cards are great for that. I was really looking for some cards that weren't paper based, maybe rubber coated or something so they couldn't be bent easily, or at least permanently. I knew these weren't going to be quite that way, and they are decently sturdy for what they are, I just don't see them surviving my 2 year old. She loves to practice the sounds that each letter makes with me, but she also loves to crumple them in her hand. For my teaching style I'm going with, I'm not huge on the pictures on the back with the sight words; that's just me. All and all these are well made and decently priced! Great for all the phonic activities soon to come
