Love these spatulas. They come in very handy to flip and toss and mix delicate items without damaging the cooking surfaces. The silicone coating is sturdy, and functional. The steel backbone provides good structural strength. The tools are in constant use.

These work well for fish, eggs, or anything else you might need to flip in a pan or transfer for serving. The silicone edge is flexible and soft so delicate foods won’t get damaged, but the metal part of the spatula is rigid enough to feel sturdy. Just the spatulas I’ve been looking for. These are both light weight and make flipping things like pancakes, tofu, or whatever else you’re cooking easy peasy. I’ve been trying to get away from using anything plastic, so it’s nice to find something that can be used in my nonstick pans or my cast iron.

This is the spatula set that I have been waiting for. Perfect as a fish spatula or to flop eggs and pancakes. I prefer the smaller one but glad to have them both. Heat resistant and cleans well.

We were getting rid of our black plastic flippers and I came across an Epicurious ad about the “fish flippersâ€. Although there is some black plastic, it’s only on the handle and is not in contact with food. The metal is flexible and is ideal for flipping or serving fish, lasagne and other foods. I like the silicon lip as it helps protect the pan against scrapes.

I use the 12†for fish and omlets. It is the best spatula I have ever used. It is very easy to slide under the food, and won’t scratch the pan.

I used a fish spatula growing up and it was the best for just about everything that needed a spatula. This one takes it up a notch by adding the silicone tip so it won't scratch non-stick surfaces. Highly recommend these.
