It's funny that I'm excited over a piece of plumbing lol! I was at wits end with the awful, poor quality plastic RV specific faucet fixture that I had installed in our rig less than a year ago (pic, in sink..soon in trash!)...leaked from day one. Thanks to the great reviews for recommending this great fixture. It's very high quality, the only plastic is the base/lower shell. All brass underneath, including the hot/cold threads. The ceramic cartridges really make a difference, they feel very smooth and expensive. The garden hose threads are a perfect fit for the Farberware portable dishwasher hose I'm using (pic). I'm running a standard threaded pivoting sprayer with half a garden hose adapter fitting, works great, zero leaks! It even *looks* pretty, no one would know it's a "utility" fixture lol! Wish I'd known about this unit before I had installed the plastic junk! (tip: Teflon tape, PTFE pipe thread compound and o-ring gasket silicone are the diy'ers best friends...esp when working with an old RV!) 🚫💦TIP #2: one reviewer mentioned that the hot/cold buttons in the handles were reversed- nope, she just installed it backwards lol...the logo on the base faces *away* from the front/sink side! 😂ðŸ˜

Solidly built. A great value for it's price and better than what you'd get at a "home improvement" store for the same price. This is a solid brass (not plastic) faucet. The internals are all solid brass and the spout is substantial - this has some heft to it and feels like it will last. The outer trim is chromed metal (probably aluminum or steel). Handles turn nicely and are a 1/2 turn variety to fully open. The spout is high enough to slide a bucket under with no issue whatsoever. The spout moves freely around, perhaps too freely for some but this is easily tightened using the square bolt underneath the faucet. The spout fits a standard garden hose attachment (which is why I bought this) and as such is best for laundry tub or workroom applications, though it is attractive enough to look fine anywhere. The aerator is located within the threaded fitting, so if you need to clean this out you will need to wrap the threads is a towel before trying to unscrew.All in all, probably the best faucet I've seen for under $40. Most stores, $40 would get you plastic internals beneath metal veneer (aka "garbage").@Amazon: Please correct the description on this item - the description references a "kit" including braided supply hose, which is not what I received (nor what I'd expect at this price). I received only the faucet in a box big enough for just the faucet.

no doubt about that, it is good quality product. it is nothing fancy, very traditional design, almost the same exact design as the one i just replaced (about 20 year old), just better quality. it was very simple to replace, took me about 20 minutes. only one thing i wish it could be improved (design): the angled pipe (where water comes out) is a bit loose due to the design. it doesn't leak or something like that, but when i connect a water hose, i am a bit worried it might break if i pulled a bit harder. really the neck inside of the square closure could be a bit deeper, that would make it steadier.

I would give this faucet 5 stars if I could. I purchased it to replace a 20+ year-old faucet in my basement laundry tub. I opted not to go for the same bare bones model I previously had for two reasons. First, while it looked the same as my old one, the current version is all plastic, including the connection pipes. I use my laundry tub a lot, so the faucet gets a fair amount of use and abuse. Second, this faucet has a goose neck spout, which makes it easier to fill tall containers. For about $14 more this upgrade is a big bang for the buck. The faucet set is all metal and extremely well made. From the off position to full water pressure takes just a quarter turn of the spigot. The max water pressure is more than I would ever use. It’s attractive enough to use anywhere and it looks and feels like a high dollar faucet. One reviewer commented that the hot and cold spigots were reversed. The blue and red temperature symbols are located on a small disc in the center of the spigots. They can easily removed and switched. Five minutes to install and it’s tight as a drum. Highly recommended.

This was a excellent replacement facet set for our laundry deep sink setup. Check your fitting requirements carefully as the thru sink holes sometimes have different center to center hole distances. Ours was a perfect fit. The knobs activate so smoothly you think they don't seal. They work great, never a drip. My wife loves them because they are so easy to turn on and off. Plus they are metal construction. Great value!

I looked locally for a utility sink faucet set and found a few mongrels that were over-priced and with odd plumbing mounts. Moreover, those in the orange and blue big box stores are utterly worthless. I repeat - the box stores are USELESS for utility sink fixtures.This faucet was about $30 and is chromed brass with a threaded terminal spout for garden hose attachment - a must in a garage/shop utility sink application in my opinion. The unit is solid. The quarter turn valves and the spout swivel action all are silky smooth. Took longer to open the package than to install. The height of the spout assists in clearance for getting a 5 gal bucket under it - another must in my opinion. Large bore water inlet and outlet is unrestricted by an aerator. As such, a LOT of water can move through this fixture. I can find nothing at all that is a negative with this faucet. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

It feels like it is well made. That said, it has a couple things I don't like. First, the nozzle feels loose and can be wobbled up and down. I can't tighten it further. Second, it drips. I guess I need to check the valves. Bottom line, its cheap and you get what you pay for. Its way better than all the plastic garbage being sold on Amazon.

Used this with a basic plastic laundry tub. It was surprisingly well made considering the price. I like the quarter-turn handles. Chrome finish is nice too. If you buy this, just remember you don't get hoses with it so you'll need to buy them separately. It seems to use 1/2" connections, not the usual 3/8" like a kitchen faucet. Overall, a good value and good quality.

This is actually a pretty good quality faucet. I was going to buy one at my local hardware store but they were out of stock so I turned to Amazon. The price was actually the same as the hardware store but free shipping made up for that. This thing is solid! It has a very nice finish and the taps function very solidly, no play or squishiness. And yes, a garden hose will hook up to it. And the pressure, this is a REAL laundry tub tap.

Hello, just received and installed this Laundry tub. After installing realised that the tub is leaking. So, after several tentatives to find out the reason at the end realised that one of the ceramic cartridge is defected. Please let me know how to proceed in this case. Should I return the item or to replace defected piece. Thank you in advance.

Very sturdy, and well built. Easy to install. It should last a long time but only time will tell. Item is just as described.....All brass which is chrome plated!
