needed and travel power strip. with all the electronic gear 4 people carry with us on trips now days. wanted to keep all our equipment in one are instead of spread out through a house or hotel room on travel. unit has worked great no issues. handles all the loads we have put it through and the outlets are wide enough for different type of power adapters we have.

I needed a small power strip to hook up a computer system in my office. The outlet was close by, I just needed to be able to plug in more items than I had space for on the outlet itself.This power strip met all my needs. It has a relatively short cord, so I didn't have to worry about too much length and it seems very well made, solid construction and quality wiring with molded plug. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, no warning or alert lights, power surge protection...it's just a well made power strip made by Belkin which I think is a quality maker of electronic gear.I've been using this for awhile no with absolutely no issues...it just works. If you want/need a low cost, no frills power strip...this is a good choice.

There is a UL certified sticker on the back. I bought the smaller 3' corded version to use with my battery backup UPS since you should NOT plug in a surge protector into a UPS. This power strip IS NOT a surge protector. And that's why I bough this - and it's UL certified which is what I look for in stuff like this.Overall darn good value for the money, and being UL certified I may buy more.

Nice little extension that works. No issues found yet. It would be nice if cord was a little longer and with angle plug but it's still ok for me.
