This is the perfect clock for the college dorm or bunk room when phones are not accessible. Small and light weight, can easily be adhered to wall or bed rail. This would also be great for camping un a tent.

The size and functionality of the clock work as expected. Easy to set and clear enough to read. Two things I don’t like but that’s my personal preference. 1., the adhesive is not the best. I removed it and used my own. 2. The backlight only stays on while you’re holding the button down in which you’re blocking the clock while doing it. I have a similar clock that uses this function however if you hold down the button the light stays on at 50% to conserve battery and will stay on until you press it again. This is perfect if you are using this clock on a motorcycle and need to see it at night.UPDATE:Had this mounted to my motorcycle. Had it parked for 20 min outside and the sun fried the display. It no longer turns on so beware of how you have this mounted.

I wanted something small, but easily readable in typical restaurant/bar lighting. This works great.* Outer diameter is 2" (I also measured it as 5.0 cm) per my measurements. Digits are 11 mm ( 0.43") tall.* As my title line says: solidly built and clear instructions.* It has a backlight -- press the silver "Bell" button at the top.* Takes a CR2032 battery (included) which are easy to find (e.g. at my local Walgreens drugstore), and are incredibly long-lasting from my many other uses in other devices.* Only negative is that it doesn't stand up vertically! I think my table is perfectly flat but when facing in all but one direction, it just falls down, no matter how careful. I don't care, but if it was a problem, I'm sure a little strip of cardboard and using the adhesion strip on the back of the clock would fix that.* Accuracy - after 5 weeks it has kept time to the minute. That's not a long time to judge, but so far so good.* If you are looking for something smaller, DON'T get the Universal Mini Motorcycle Clock Watch Waterproof Stick-On Motorbike Digital Clock Dia. 1.1"- 2 Pack. First the instructions were non-existent. Also it was smaller, which was good (more discrete), but too small for my eyes in a restaurant environment, and more importantly no matter how good your eyes are, the "1" looks like a "7" because the top leg of the "7" is incredibly short (to be clear, this is NOT a problem with the Bell Automotive clock, where all digits are very clear and distinct from each other).

The product itself is quite nice and useful. The problem is finding a way to fasten it adequately in a car that gets any warmer than about 75 degrees F. Using a velcro type fastener that relies on adhesive to fasten it will fall off as soon as the interior of the car gets warm - the adhesive backing won't hold on either surface. If I figure out another means of attaching it, I'll revise this review with my suggestions.

But, no, this one does not. An excellent size and quite readable and good backlighting, this would have been a swell device if it only indicated an accurate--or even sort of accurate--time. Obviously, some of this item must tell time, but mine didn't come close. Sometimes it just stopped and kept displaying the same time. Sometimes it would keep time for an hour or two but would soon reset to an unrelated time and go on from there, until it selected another arbitrary time or froze up. At no point did it every kept reasonable time for more than a couple of hours. Sigh.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I purchased a more expensive one that had the date, temperature, day of the week, but it didn't work and was of poor quality so I had to return it. This clock is small enough to fit on a car dashboard and even has a light for nighttime and had a nice price.
