I love this thing. A single cup coffee maker is all that is needed in my household but I struggle with Keurig. I do not like using K cups and the accessory filter basket for using your own grounds is frustrating and poor in design. I tried a Hamilton Beach Scoop single cup maker and it did the basic job but the taste of the coffee had no depth, likely from the shallow, flat filter for the grounds that also did not hold enough for my preference of strong, bold coffee.I went on a search for a better single cup maker that had a convenient filter for using your own grounds and would also produce a satisfying, cup of coffee. There are limited consumer options in that market. I decided to take a chance on this one and I am so pleased with it!There are two filters, one for K cups and one for your own grounds. They are easily swapped out and easy to empty and clean. It takes up very little space on the counter and doesn't look weird. I like that I can use a regular mug or travel one with the height adjustment on the tray and no splash out onto the counter so far when it's brewing.Most importantly, I can put ample, fresh grounds of my choosing in the filter basket to get a delicious, bold and hot cup of coffee!!! I am a purist with coffee and want plain black coffee with depth of flavor and nothing added but I am picky about taste and strength. I am really enjoying this coffee maker and recommend it.

This is a very light weight, great working, cute looking, simple coffee maker. No need to worry about getting the correct pods, everything works, and it comes with fillable pods. I’m very happy with this item.

I'd forgotten that I'd already returned a toaster of this brand. Clearly written in the instructions on that toaster & this coffee maker was a warning stating that plasticizers may migrate to countertop. They recommended placing a non-plastic mat or coaster underneath to prevent this.I followed the directions for pre-uae cleaning, running not just 1 as instructed , but 2 cups of water thru the machine. Then I brewed the coffee & gave it to my Mom (this item was a gift for her apartment).She took a few sips, then asked me to taste it. Ugh! It tasted like plastic 🫤 Hmm - so maybe those plasticizers are migrating into the hot coffee as it brews. Back to Amazon it goes. I'm sad because it was the perfect size & color for my Mom.

The single cup loose coffee brewer I used for years foolishly changed their design and it no longer makes decent coffee, and I refuse to buy expensive wasteful pods! Pod machines just don't work with loose coffee, and all the name brand machines made for loose coffee have issues, so I took a chance on this Bella Single Serve Coffee Maker and it works great! The filter is not too big (weak coffee) and not too small (leakage). If it lasts more than a year it will be well worth the price.

It has an adjustable height base for travel mugs up to regular mugs. It only holds 14oz. Of water at a time. So filling a 20oz travel mug has to be added to(can use the same pod) to get a full cup. (you have to add the right amount the second time around.)Does a great job of heating the water. Machine does cool off fast. You will have to run water through the machine a couple of times without the pod holder to get it clean (especially after cappuccino or hot chocolate pods). This machine use #2 pods not the original pods ( which are smaller).Also works great just running hot water for a tea bag in your cup. Price was a big factor also. Great Price!

It makes great coffee ... Love the style... Too easy to handle.. BUT ... Big drawback... A coffee splashes out of the cup with such force you have to clean it just about every time🥴

This coffee maker is a space saver and is perfect for making just the right amount. I love that I can use my own ground coffee or K cups. I also like that it uses only the water needed for the cup I’m making instead of water just sitting stagnant in a reservoir. Minimal clean up required and is simple by just pouring hot water through the filter area. Also can be used for just hot water for tea or hot chocolate.

It worked well when it worked but it only worked for three weeks. Since then it only brews 2oz at a time.
