I first purchased the nitro drop 2 shock kit.... to go with my belltech drop, im running 20s with 235 in front and when it got rough my tires would rub on bad bumps. Got these bad boys and the difference was night and day stiff but smooth controll. No more rubbing or jerking my foot of the gas trying to ease holes and bumps. Works perfect with my 1987 c/r 10 5" front drop, (3" belltech spindles and 2" drop springs i reccomend belltech). These guys are nearly twice the thickness of the nirtro drop 2. Respond well on inner houston city roads that are riddled with holes, keeps the ride smooth. Better response on sharp turns as well. I used their street set on my 72 as well. Highly recommend 👌

Sure made a difference in the ride for my truck! Some minor modifications were required for the mounts to fit properly (spread the lower/front mount) but that was done easily and it sure rides nice now.
