This works really well for most bagels. It was too small for my large Safeway jalapeño cheese bagel. Other than that it cuts super easy and looks nice on the counter.

all this item does is compress the bagel . it does not cut thru without first making a slice first. i suggest you eliminate this item . i threw mine in the dumpster !

Cuts costco bagels with ease! I have Found it to be best if i lean into it while it cuts but it’s great and so easy to use

I am extremely disappointed that this Bagel Slicer cannot handle Deli style or backery style bagels which are larger and thicker than grocery store bought. The larger bagels cannot be inserted without partially squishing them into the cutting shute, then the blade will not cut all the way through leaving a small portion to be torn apart or cut by hand. Waste of time. Find a better cutter
