The coating on these works very well. They cut well, they last long, and they don’t clog up. I use them to strip paint and primer off of auto body parts to prep for filler. Great for removing filler. Also work great with fiberglass repairs.

I think the 3 in. disc is too heavy for this style lock. The smaller 2 in wheels worked great. 3 in wheels snap the plastic twist lock tab.

The plastic that attached to pad comes off easily 5 out of 10 all same problem. Had to return.

Im gonna give this a rating of 2 at the moment. These wheels strip well, but i only used 3 wheels so far. That being said they were loosely thrown in a us postal bag with no markings, so they could be knock off chinese wheels for all i know. I would assume they are China made knock offs because the plastic threaded pc that is glued to the wheel came off all 3 wheels in the first 5 mins with 3/4 of wheel left. the glue separated from the wheel making it either trash or a paper weight. I was not using at high rpm or with pressure on the wheels. I would recommend a sealed brand name box from 3m or name brand over these random wheels thrown in a shipping bag. This is a God honest review, so do what you see fit. Price was ok but if they all break it was a worthless purchase.
