I use this every day, and it works amazing! You still get a few splashes when lifting it to flip burgers or bacon, but it’s nothing compared to not using it. I thought it might be too big, but it’s actually perfect. Great value for the money, super easy to clean, very durable, and lightweight. Highly recommend—great purchase!

seems good, have only used once to cook with. came with weird oil on handle/attachment, smelled like peanut. cleaned off fine, no issues since. survived bottom rack of dishwasher, hot cycle, with no issues

Okay here's the scoop. This thing actually works well but to me the real story has been how well it's held up. I was a bit skeptical about how it'd hold up, especially in the dishwasher. I put it on the side on the bottom rack with no problems. It's been over a year and this thing looks good and still works great...

It is hard to get excited about a splatter screen. I had one of the original spatter screens that made the round in the mid-1970s, and it finally failed. (The handle came off and just looked old after a zillion trips through the dishwasher)I replaced it with the Bergkoch set, and it's been great so far. I've used both sizes, and they fit the pans well—they seem to reduce the splatter a lot. The screen appears to shrug off the impact of the dishwasher. The handle feels good, is well-made, and has a Cadillac feel. A good value overall. I suspect it will evolve into a family heirloom.

I had a old flat screen probably purchased from one of the big box stores which did I thought an OK job blocking grease splatter while still allowing steam to escape (which is why I don't use silicone). I did not realize how "mediocre" a job it was doing blocking splatter until it broke and I purchased this screen!one! Excellent splatter protection (nothing can do 100% if it has holes in it), love the feet which keep grease off my counters, the heat proof handle, and the more substantial weight (which keeps it from easily being knocked off whatever its sitting on). Its a bit too large (only by about .5") to fit totally upright in my dishwasher, so I wash it by hand most of the time and in the dishwasher only rarely when I have room for it. Other than that one minor thing, which is my dishwashers fault, great splatter screen!

The splatter screen is huge. Exactly what I wanted so I could use it on all my pots. I even use it on my Ninja pressure cooker/air fryer when I need it.I really like the legs on the bottom so it’s not messing the counter when you take it off to stir or flip. I haven’t tried it for a cookie or cake cooling rack yet but I will. The splatter screen isn’t flimsy either, it’s very well made If you clean it right away, it’s easier to wash, and it washes up nice. I recommend it if you’re looking to keep your stove from getting messy. I hate having to scrub the glass top stoves. It helps a lot.

After buying for around $20 I found some in stores for about half that. But this one does seem like good quality and the edges were all intact -- I've seen other product reviews where the mesh was pulling apart at the edges (not for this exact screen, just in general). I'm not sure others' experiences but I'm very happy with this.
