I got two of these, one for my wife's car, one for my daughters. The best part of this model is that it is all-in-one. Too many times, these devices are rechargeable and have to be taken in the home to be charged, or require a separate cable in the car to do so. Because the entire device is on the USB portion and POWERED by USB, there is no need to worry about charging. Since it is so small, you can power it from a simple 5v port that you would use to charge, or even to connect a thumbdrive to a stereo. In both cases, the aux and usb port were out of the way, minimizing how much space it needs and ensuring it stays out of the way.

I was going to use this in place of my Dewalt Bt adapter but will not after trial. Connecting to my phone was super easy. However, I immediately noticed the sound level was lower and had a much flatter response than my Dewalt device. The lower sound level is not a big deal and is a common issue between devices but the flat sound response is annoying. You shouldn't have to mess with Tone/EQ adjustments between devices. The directions have several warnings that make it an unpractical replacement for my purpose. This device does have one feature that makes is "Better" than my Dewalt which is the built in Microphone. My dewalt doesn't work for hands free calling as there is no mic so no one can hear you when connected for calls. Unfortunately, because of where this device was located in my vehicle, it didn't do a great job at the hands free anyway. I think that was mostly due to location though and not the device itself. I'm giving it 4 stars because it does what it is supposed to and because of it's simplicity. I would still recommend this if you have an older audio device with a 3.5mm Aux input AND audio performance isn't a big deal (I'm a bit of an audio snob).Why this might not be a good choice for your vehicle:Warning not to leave powered on when not in use. (My 12v Aux power is always on)Warning not leave in direct sunlight.Warning to avoid high heat and humidity.Warning to store in climate controlled environment when not in use for long periods.Likes:It is supper simple to use; there are no buttons, pairing mode is automatic on powerup.Works as a Hands Free deviceThe construction is very good with gold plated contact points and an aluminum 3.5mm audio jack.The USB A connector is probably one of the snuggest I've encountered.Dislikes:Flat audio response.3.5mm is straight. This ESIGN BK07 Bluetooth Car Kit arrived quickly and was nicely packaged. The cable was easy to use. I simply had to plug one end into my AUX port, then plug the other end into my iPhone and it started working. My phone's Bluetooth worked seamlessly with my car's speaker. The price of $9.99 is reasonable and was cheaper than what I found at Walmart. I recommend this product.

I got this because in my car, the aux port is right next to a 12v car power outlet, and in that port I have a 12v to USB adapter. This adapter lets me connect the USB side to power, and the audio line to the aux port to get bluetooth audio. It does work as expected and I could pair it to my phone without much issue. I'm sure the audio quality could be better but I got this because it was cheap. But then one day I reached down to grab it, and the wire pulled out of the USB side, leaving it broken off in the port. I should have known better because this is a cheap product, but be advised that if you get this, you need to be gentle with it, or it will break.

This device is useful to automatically turn car stereo system into hand free calls and accessing music. It is easy to plug in and use immediately. It is a OK and inexpensive product.

Simple plug in solution to add Bluetooth to my RV through the AUX connector on the front. Plug it in and away you go. Play your music from your phone etc. through the RV sound system.

Works well! I needed to use a 1/8th inch to Lightning adapter because my iPhone doesn't have a headphone jack, so it'd be amazing if they made a version that had lightning at one end instead, but it got the job done!
