This has been a great bike for my son as it it is quite versatie and easy to use. The bike is quite easy to adjust into various riding modes and this been good for my growing child as he can now ride the bike in different ways. Recently, after several months of use, the steering cable broke and I contacted the seller to see if they can fix it, but I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to send a new bike! The customer service was excellent and efficient. My child is now back to enjoying riding his new bike again.

I bought two other ones before settling with this one. The other two were cheap and poorly made. One was limited to just being a balance bike which had no options for training wheels or more stability. This one has so many options to ride that it will be able to adjust to his needs as he grows older. The parent handle which allows for steering as well as controlling his speed is a nice touch as well. I really don’t have any complaints accept for perhaps I wish the wheels were rubber and not plastic but it’s not like he needs more traction than they offer.

Easy to put together, very versatile our 3 year old loves it! As previously mentioned there is an issue with the parent steering handle. This was purchased as a Christmas gift and we were outside of the Amazon return window so in contacted Besrey directly to ask for repair advice. The customer service is top notch with this company. Because the steering cables are difficult to get to, they are sending us a brand new one, for no charge. I think that the steering issue is likely a bad design, and needs some looking in to, perhaps a larger gauge steering cable but I am very pleased with the customer service we have received. I think this time we will take care to not attempt to course correct with the parent handle while our son is actively turning the opposite direction.

Our 2yo (now almost 3yo) LOVES this bike. We use it daily. We added two drinks holders (one for kiddo and added one to the pole/adult handlebars). After 6 months of daily intense use, the wire cable that controls the parent steering snapped. So at that point it became unusable. I contacted the manufacturer through the Amazon portal. They asked for pictures of the snapped cable and the s/n off the bike. I sent the photos and within 5 days a replacement bike arrived free of charge. It was awesome!

Be careful - you get what you pay for, i.e. poor quality.When we first set up the bike, the parents' handlebars seemed pretty loose relative to the steering of the front wheel. In other words, you would have to turn the parents' handlebars a lot to get the front wheel to turn a bit. No tightening or twisting of any part seemed to help. This made it awkward to use, but still usable.But today, after less than a month of moderate usage, a key wire that's part of the connection between the parents' handlebar and the rest of the bike frayed. It didn't snap, it literally frayed, which is surprising given the material. The bike is now essentially unusable for us.

Got this for my 2 year old grandson. The extendable/retractable rear wheel feature hasn't come into play yet, but the aft-extending handle is a HUGE hit with my daughter and son-in-law. When they take the 2ster to the park, the handle allows secure control at crosswalks and everywhere else. The 2ster then can be given free rein to wheel or pedal around (rear wheels extended into the trike configuration semi-permanently for now) until he dumps all his energy. Then, instead of a parent having to somehow carry both 2ster and trike home (because the little one is well tired out and too cranky to pedal the trike on his own), the sturdy aft handle allows him to be seated on the trike and pushed home via the aft handle without tortuous bending over to try (vainly) to wheel the trike by the handlebars or the 2ster's cranky head. Sweet!!!Oh, yeah, the pedals can be removed until your little one can reliably reach them with his/her feet. Great buy.

I liked how simple setting it up was, I had a little trouble understanding the instructions but was able to figure it out quickly. It is stable, compact when collapsed, and has a smooth ride. My son is three and a half and I wanted something that would last more than just this next year and chose this also based off of the age range. It is a little big for him as far as comfortably reaching the pedals but that’s what I anticipated and wanted. There are different modes that are easy to switch between, overall I recommend this product and will be coming back to this brand when he grows out of it if they make the next size up bike.

Was really excited to get this untill we seen that the handle bar came cracked. With the price we paid you would think it would at least hold up a few months. My son keeps crying cuz it just keeps comming off when he is pushing himself . He had gotten another small lil bike but he likes this one instead. Can I get the handle bar replaced. Other then that this is a great bike changes into different styles. But the handle bar needs to be replaced so he can continue to enjoy his bike.

Ayrıca yine 1-3 yaş arası çocuklar için aile kullanımında ayakların yere gelmemesi için gövde altında ayaklık konulması gereklidir. Çocuklar böylece daha sabit ve güvenli yolculuk yapabilirler. Bunlar olduğu zaman 3 yaşına kadar çocukların aile kontrolünde iterek kullanılması daha güvenli olacaktır. Üreticiler bu konuyu dikkate almalı. Alacak olan arkadaşlar da gövdeye ayaklık yaptırabilirler. Sırt koruması içinde güvenlik kemerli bir çözüm bulunabilir.Yoksa ürünler güzel.Bu nedenle puan kırmadım . Unser kleiner hat sehr viel Spaß mit dem Rad. Besonders gefällt mir das es so vielseitig ist. Alles ist Qualitativ sehr hochwertig und die technischen Details sind optimal gelöst und sehr durchdacht. Wir hatten nach einer Zeit der Nutzung einen kleinen technischen Defekt und der Verkäufer hat uns umgehend und kostenlos das defekte Ersatzteil geschickt. Es war ein äußerst netter Kontakt und ein absolut vorbildlicher Kundenservice den ich selten so erlebt habe. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
