Unless you have right angle connectors (both) unit needs a revision on the connector side of plate to reduce the plate length so you can get cables attached while unit is inserted into computer holder.I have to Optiplex 3010's and 1 had a right angle data connector. Neither had right angle power connector.So I had to pinch/squish wires and force it in. Then force (slight) caddy tray into holder.Again just a deeper U shape is needed.Thought I was going to have to Dremel / cut mine.

This caddy was easy to install and a perfect fit for adding a 2.5" SATA SSD drive to my Dell Optiplex 7020.
