I wanted something pre-cut and ready to use to line cardboard containers for some moist carryout products. These fit the bill perfectly.

It didn't make my sandwiches look very pretty but it is a good product. The thickness is good. The quality is good. It's easy to use and it's durable and it is a good value for the money and I think it was very functional

These are not wax lined, they’re just paper which means if you have melts cheese on anything it’ll all stick to the paper and not the sandwich

I ordered these deli paper sheets as an alternative to paper plates. I've been using them for a few months now with some reusable food baskets and they've worked great for hamburgers, chicken nuggets, french fries, etc. The basket/deli sheet combo is also great for eating outdoors. Over the holidays I also used these sheets to separate different layers of cookies in a tin, and they worked well for that too. Overall these have functioned just as expected and I would definitely buy more as needed.

I thought this was wax paper, but it turns out to be made of glassine, which I'd never heard of before. I researched it and glassine is made from hardwood pulp in a process that makes it moisture-resistant, grease-resistant, and compostable/biodegradable. Unfortunately it is NOT very heat resistant so it can't go in the oven for baking or cooking or it will burn... but that's okay because I didn't get it for that purpose. This is a great household addition, and being compostable is a bonus because I do have a little kitchen can that I put my vegetable leavings in for that purpose. My husband makes big bloated burritos and supersized sourdough sandwiches, which these 12" square sheets barely fit. He had complained that he doesn't have what he needs when he eats them in the car at lunch, which is why I got these. For his food, I went ahead and ordered some actual wax paper deli sheets that are 15" square, and those do fit his giant creations. These 12" glassine sheets are perfect for the rest of us normal people who have average-sized bread & tortillas and other foods that fit neatly in them. They fold well and are strong enough to stay put and not tear as you use them. While they're moisture-resistant, they are not waterproof, so don't try eating soup out of them or you'll end up with a hot mess. :)As to value, at about $15 for 200 when I ordered, that works out to about .07 cents per sheet, which is a good value for something so strong and versatile. They're great for kids and adults, for home and for parks, camping (especially being biodegradable), picnics, school, work, etc.For all the reasons listed above, these glassine deli sheets have earned a very rare 5 stars from me. Both of my thumbs are WAY UP -- which makes it hard to type, so I'll finish now.
