The ink ribbon required me to push hard to get it seated in the calculator. It did not work initially, but after several tries, it was working OK.

Cartridges arrived within a couple of days. Installation was quick and easy. The numbers on the tape were clear on a positive number, but appeared a little blurred on a negative number. Stil the intensity of the ink made it easy to read.
