The price was low enough I did not have very high expectations but I am here to tell you I am pleasantly surprised. There are no directions so it took a second to sort out and the translator app for the labeling gave me a chuckle but the tool works well and the cleaner solution works too, and the plastic seems reasonably thick. No idea if it will last but first impressions are positive.

In 10 years I never cleaned my bike chain and started noticing gears slipping which made me pay attention to it. I started researching what was out there and I liked the idea of this kind of self contained chain wash.The included cleaning solution did a good job and the device itself was pretty easy to use. You just fill it to the fill line with the included cleaning solution and then slide the two halves of the cleaner on top of your chain and pedal your chain to run it through. I have a stationary trainer so it made keeping the bike stationary with a spinning wheel easy.The extra brushes helped knock the mud out of my cassette area. It solved the issue with my gears slipping. I've used it 3 times so far and it doesn't show any signs of breaking. I ended up getting Finish Line citrus degreaser for refilling the cleaning solution after I ran out of what was included and Finish Line Wet chain lube to relubricate after.

This is clearly a cheaply made copy of some other chain cleaner, and is quite poorly made. The wheels/gears inside are so sloppily glued together that they wobble and bind on each other, and won't even turn without some lubrication provided by the cleaning soap. But hey, it's half the price of the other chain cleaners, and it definitely does a good job cleaning the chain, so 4 stars even with the quality issues :)

Easy and effective (thorough) chain cleaner. It requires some muscle to take the handle on and off. I like the brush. But, man, that cleaning solution runs out so quickly! Where do we buy the degreasers by the gallon?

I am an “old†cyclist w/50 years on the pedals and pretty critical in general, especially of “knock-off†chinese products, so i was super impressed to finally use this chain cleaner. I have probably purchased and thrown away at least 40 of these through the years. From the $30 parks to ones i bought cycling in china and this cleaner is hands down the best i have ever used. It is, admittedly on the large size, which can make if more cumbersome to use in tight chainstay bikes like rear suspension mnt bikes, but it is the best built, heaviest duty one i have used. It holds ample cleaning fluid and has features on the exterior that help u hold onto it - i personally have never found much use for the handles. Cleaning fluid that comes with it seems to work well, but that is just a bonus. Really cleaned my chain, even one that was about gone on a beach cruiser used daily on the beach. Chain looks clean! Actually had to tighten the chain cause it removed so much crud the chain got loose!
