I'm retiring an old helmet, replacing it with this one. (They say you should do that every few years, not sure I understand the reasoning behind that. But if you have a crash while wearing the helmet, then you definitely should replace it.)I wear about a size 7 1/4 hat, and got the large (L) helmet. That appears to have been the correct choice.What I like about this helmet: Due to its design, this chin strap is comfortable, much more so than my old helmet's strap which twisted just below my ears and therefore rubbed. This is also easier to adjust than the old helmet. Like most bicycle helmets, this one is lightweight and well ventilated. Finally, it comes with a built-in red light in back (more on that below).What wasn't so great: The instructions are virtually non-existent, being mostly warnings (replace after a fall, etc.). They come with a picture of the right way and the wrong way to wear it, but since the pictured helmet looks nothing like this one, it's not very helpful.Adjustment: There are three adjustments, which you should do more or less in the following order. Rotate the light on the back to adjust it to the circumference of your head--this is easily done while wearing the helmet. The helmet should stay on your head when you lean over (although that should never be the only thing holding it on when riding!). You can always adjust it looser if it's giving you a headache. Then adjust the side straps so the junction on each side is just below your ear (my first picture shows this adjustment, just pull the straps through). This can also be used to adjust the tilt. Finally adjust the chin strap--this is most easily done if you temporarily remove the padded sleeve (second picture).Visor: I think this is what the seller's description refers to as a "small removable peak." The instructions don't say how to attach it; the seller's description on this page shows it in one picture, but it's hard to see how it's attached. My third and fourth pictures show how I positioned it, I think this is right. Having attached the visor, it doesn't seem to do much--I can't see it when I have the helmet on, whereas I can see the visor when I'm wearing my old helmet.Light: The red tail light is not mentioned in the instructions either, although the four modes (counting off as a mode) are shown in the seller's description here. But what really bothered me, and the reason I took off a star, is that this is not a re-chargeable light. There's a video review here that describes how you replace the "coin" battery, although I couldn't see what he was doing well enough to trust myself to open it up without breaking it--nor is it apparent to me that the battery was actually designed to be replaced. My opinion is that the manufacturer should have spent another dollar to give this a rechargeable light.Bottom line: If you ride only occasionally (or never) around dusk or in the dark, this is a good helmet. If on the other hand you're going to use this as an after-the-dark commuter, you might want to look for a helmet with a rechargeable light.

This is a great bicycle helmet. It is lightweight, but very strong. It fits perfectly. I was happy to find it came in a larger size because I have thick hair and the smaller ones don’t fit me. I can’t wait to use it.

Most bike helmits don't fit me well - this one is not "most" - it fits nearly perfect. Comfortable and the LED light on the back is a nice safety enhancement.

Good fit, comfortable and sleek looking. The flashing lights on the back are a nice touch. Price was reasonable. I would definitely buy again from this seller.
