Fits my book rack perfectly and really adds functionality to it. The zipper is well made and the rain cover is bright for visibility and seems to keep the rain out. Only issue I see had so far is the shoulder strap clip broke like day one but it has top handles that for me are more convenient so I never contacted Amazon or seller about it. Also I had some stitching come out of the Velcro attachment strap that I had to re stitch but I removed the bag a few times a day I'm not leaving it on the bike while it's locked up for it to get stolen. So the Velcro does see probably more frequent use than normal. It's very easy to install with the four Velcro straps and stays put even off-road and the hard shell really is pretty solid. It holds my locks and other stuff with space to spare without be huge.

This works perfect on my new RAD e-bike. I can keep a couple of extra straps, my sun glasses, and whatever I'll need for the day. Very happy with the way it attaches and how well it is made.

I purchased this to replace a cover that I was not satisfied with. I wanted a cover that would seal on the bottom because we travel during the winter and wanted to keep the bikes clean and protected. This cover did the job well and was easy to install and very secure. We traveled about 5000 miles with it without any problems.
