These are great strong and inexpensive cages. Much more durable than others at a similar price, just seem to be a tougher type of plastic and made thicker. I’ve had 2 already for a year or more and the ones I just bought are extras for new bikes - not replacements as they just don’t break.Two things that particularly work for me:1. They are a little tighter/smaller diameter than some cages, so they will hold a standard water or soda bottle ok, whereas a lot of cages they will fall out. It also helps that the tab at the bottom of the cage sticks out further than most cages so even an undersized bottle won’t fall through. I most often carry a standard 500ml/16.9oz water bottle with a thin neoprene coozie on, and they fit great. The cages also have enough flex to take a larger soda or gatoraid bottle, plus of course a bike water bottle.2. The mounting holes are lower in the cage than many others. The lower hole is just under an inch from the bottom of the cage. This works great on my folding bikes, as it keeps the cage higher up the frame tube and it isn’t in the way of the folding mechanism. On another bike I have it keeps the bottle from fouling the chainring. A previous cage sat just low enough so that if you put a larger bottle in the cage it would expand just enough to rub on the chain. Previous cages sit about an inch lower than these just due to the location of the mounting holes in the cage.Overall nice quality and priced right.

I’m a big fan of the bottle holders so far but pretty annoyed with the bottles themselves. My initial concern was that the little notch at the top would be an issue in holding other water bottles aside from the ones that it comes with. The picture shows the notch fits right into the little crevice on the bottles it comes with... but worried that would make other bottles stored on my bike unstable and fall out when I go over a bump. So far so good! I’ve used my hydro flask bottle with these holders several times and no issues, bottles are secure! I still get nervous every time I go over a bump still though.The water bottles are pretty cheap. They have an extremely strong plastic smell that doesn’t go away over time. I’ve washed this at least a dozen times and still can smell the plastic so haven’t used it much.Also this product Disney come with the Allen wrench needed to install which was kind of annoying. Luckily I already own a various size set so i was not too bothered by this but I can see why others would be annoyed.I’d give this 3.5 stars if I could. Was leaning toward 3 because the bottles smell so bad and no Allen wrench. But since my main purpose was buying this for the holders and they’ve proven surprisingly sturdy, im giving 4 stars. I’ll update comments if the plastic smell ever goes away though

I bought these as a gift for a friend. They are lightweight but sturdy. They were super easy to install. While she likes the size of the bottles, she also appreciated she could use other water bottles in the cages. The bottles are secure and also easy to pull out while you are riding to drink from and return.

These adjust to fit different bottle sizes and are durable. I've never lost a bottle going over railroad tracks or other bumpy surfaces. Easy to slide bottles in and out on the go.

Its a bottle holder and it holds the bottles. BUT it does not hold them securely. Hope people are able to make the distinction.The bottles are really easy to slide out, rather too easy in fact. These cannot handle bumps on minor gravel trails, forget jumps. The bottle will tumble out of the holder and roll down the trail if you are going fast downhill on a rough trail. This was the first thing that happened on my Giant Revolt when I went a bit too fast on a gravel trail.I thought the bottles are too narrow for the holder but nope. The bottles are fine and are gripped nicely in my Cannondale holder. Its the cage/holder that is too "loose". I tried Camelbak bottles in these cages and they too slide out way too easily.There are numerous easy fixes for this problem so I won't be returning these because the value is unbeatable and bottles are pretty good quality with no smell. But I do hope they fix the cages and make them a bit tighter.

I disliked that I had to accept black bottles but was contacted by company saying they were out of stock and could they send the black ones instead. Also doesn’t fit my bike
