~$20 for both front and rear, sounds like great deal but I ended up with returning the item. When I rotates front hub, there was bump feeling and is not smooth. It seems to be due to physical imperfection at the side as shown it picture. Also there are some deep scratches on body. Rear wheel was O.K though. Over all not recommended.

Front hub rotor face uneven. Like they did not fill the casting with enough aluminum. CNC tool could not make the rotor face flat. 2 sides of the rotor face are not the same thickness. Looking for a replacement. Do not have a UPS store near me.
