I purchased the 4" variety. It arrived quickly. It was in an envelope which makes me wary as I've had other metal tools tear through and get lost in transit. I used it to pull several bearings today. It worked well. I like that you can slide an arm off as needed as it allowed me to install into a tight space. The grip surface of the two arms are not quite even. They appear to be 0.020-0.030" different and as a result, the puller sits slightly off axis to the shaft it's sitting on.

I used this because it was cheaper and took up less room than a shop press. Worked great for replacing the transfer case front output bearing and seal on my Land Cruiser.

So many two-jaw pullers are using this single-bar/sliding-jaw design instead of the old-school hinged jaw design. It's certainly more robust, but there's a problem with actually using this type. The old style was self-centering, where now you have to perfectly align each jaw, else you'll be putting force at an angle. That's nearly impossible, and as a result you end up spending as much time fiddling with the jaws as you do on any other part of your project. It eventually gets the job done, but I will be finding a more durable hinged-jaw puller for future projects.

It works well and is easy to use. It pulled a bearing spacer off a strut easily.
