I purchased this alternator mount for a customers truck engine replacement. This mounts appears to be well made, it certainly looks attractive and improves the look of the original mounts. All of the hardware appears to be good as well. There is no bolt included in the kit for the adjustment attachment to the alternator and the original alternator bolt is not long enough, so one will need to obtain that bolt elsewhere. It certainly would have been grand if that one additional bolt had been included, thus 4 stars. I can see that is is not shown in the pictures either, but I also do not like surprises, but have done this enough to know to expect them. Otherwise, the fit and look of the finished install is clean and compact. I would buy this kit again and recommend it.

Like other’s have shown, this bracket kit sucks and isn’t even close to fitting. The lower bracket bolts are too long so washers are needed to tighten it to the water pump. The long pivot bolt bottoms out in the cylinder head and the long spacer thing is too short. Beyond frustrating!
