I recently this chainsaw, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! It packs a powerful punch that makes cutting through wood a breeze. Whether I'm tackling fallen branches or preparing firewood, this tool has exceeded my expectations. One of the standout features is the automatic oiler, which keeps the chain lubricated without any extra hassle on my part. I’ve found it very easy to start and operate! It’s perfect for a variety of tasks, and the chainsaw feels well-balanced and comfortable to handle during extended use. It’s surprisingly lightweight for its size, making it less tiring to use compared to other models I've tried.Overall, this is an excellent investment for anyone needing a reliable, efficient cutting tool. Its performance, ease of use, and thoughtful features make it a top choice for the price - Highly recommended!

No problem with assembly but I've been working with chainsaws for decades. Very tight chain at first but it loosened up quickly (grease the bar as you assemble the saw). Cuts great, starts easy enough if you follow the instructions, idles fine. Heavier than comparable but more expensive 20" saws. Things I don't like: on/off switch is too close to throttle trigger and I turn off the saw with my glove fingertips too often. Exhaust comes out the front beside the bar and actually sets fire to the bark of the tree you're cutting, so keep the saw moving. The chain brake is too close to the upper handle, too easy to engage. In spite of these problems I can get the jobs done. If I was sawing for a living I'd invest in a better saw but this an okay homeowner saw.

I have owned or operated about 10 chainsaws over the last 35 years. I would definitely say I know how to operate them. I could not get this one to start and stay running for the life of me. I looked up starting procedures online to ensure I was not missing something or I was not flooding the engine. I had two other people including the neighbor to try and start the chainsaw with no luck. At first glance I had high hopes because the chainsaw seemed to be made out of durable parts but I did not get the chance to test it out.

Bought 2 20” saws. One works absolutely perfectly. Second has issue of chain brake not staying engaged. Hykolity emailed and offered new saw upon receipt of video highlighting problem. Video sent twice and I have yet to receive replacement saw or brake handle with functional chain brake. Can not return saw so I’m up the creek on this saw. Edit : Arkpower Hycolity did refund my purchase price for the saw with issues. Kudos to their customer service folks. They stepped up to the plate and I’m thankful. Other Bilt Hard saw I bought still working perfectly and I’m pleased.

I mill wood for projects. I have a Stihl 441 magnum I use for big stuff but that thing will wear you out quick. I use a 20in Poulan by the milll to cut up the small stuff the scraps and flush cut log ends. It's light and cheap so if it gets damaged its not a huge loss. It takes 7 pulles to start even after 2 carbs and fuel lines. This little saw has fired up on the first pull several times. My only complaint is the on off switch I have hit it a few times with my glove and turned it off. Thankfully half a pull and it fires back. The bar seems decent but I didn't use it I took it off and put on my Oragon bar on because I have a bunch of 72DL chains. It runs them fineFor the money I am pretty impressed.

Why would you put the on off button right in the same direct area where your hand is during use. Especially if you're wearing gloves, the issue is worse. I'm constantly bumping it and turning the saw off during use and it gets rather aggravating. Outside of that, it cuts well.
