There is very little shielding on this very thin antenna extension, so I did not think it would work, but so far it is working.

I purchased this antenna cable extension for a 57 year old car, and was surprised that it was not the same 3/8" thick cable as the original. However the new thinner cable was much more flexible, the end fittings were correct, so I installed it. It works as it was supposed to, so I am happy.

Used in boat. Took my antenna away from the other electrical devices.Not perfect but has helped.Skinnier than the ones in vehicles...
