This tripod adaptor fit my binoculars nicely. Make sure your binoculars have a removable cap in front (center) that covers the 1/4 inch hole. Once the adaptor is attached to the binoculars, you can now attach the binoculars to a standard 1/4 inch threaded tripod. The adaptor is light but feels strong, and is made of aluminum. This works great when looking at a stationary object, like a birds nest.
