I got this to help keep the chickens out of the dog yard and it worked great. No more waking up to chickens that had flown over and not flow back. It was very easy to install. It comes with tie straps but they are only like 3or4" so if you need it to wrap around a 3" pipe or something you might want to get bigger tie straps. Also don't tie down the first row of squares bunch it up and use like the fourth or fifth square to make it stronger. The first row will rip easily. It was the best price I found for the amount you get plus the tie straps. So I actually got two. I'm going to use it for the garden. It will definitely keep out the rabbits and birds. Keep in mind when you stretch it out don't let it touch the ground. It will pick up every stick and leaf. I stretched mine out length wise first and drapped it over the fence before I stretched it out width wise. One person can do it, two is better, but three it will get done easier. Two can stretch and strap, the other can twist and unravel, it does come somewhat twisted. Also if you have to go around an object like a tree or something, it will throw off the shape and the footage so add in a few extra feet for those type things. Over it's a good product. Not sure how long it will last. But it definitely keeps the chickens in....and the wild birds out...

I bought two nets. One came with a tear up the middle so I had to dispute that. Other wise,the netting is very strong and has been a game changed for the garden. I did have a large water snake get wrapped up in the bottom of it and I had to cut it away to get it out safely, but that's a testament to how strong the material is.

We have had no issues with squirrels or birds since using this netting to cover the gardens. A must have if you deal with pest issues.

The birds get caught in the net and can not get themselves out.
