I had this in my left hand and my husband's hand in my right. Great for pain management and alil distraction (even tho it's labor, lol). I had an unmedicated birth. So Great tool if you plan the same.

I had a fully UNMEDICATED birth. I would have not made it through without this comb! Of course it took a lot of mental toughness and no it did not take away the pain but stimulated other areas to help me cope. I highly recommend and surprisingly i did not break it during active labor! Haha

I almost forgot I had it during my home birth and my partner brought it to me when things started to get intense, it definitely gave me some relief and allowed me to relax and breathe. Also love the words of encouragement on the comb :)

Loved this for early labor!!! Once it was time to push however you only can concentrate on that - at least that was my experience. I'd say this is essential for birth! I only used laughing gas so between the comb, breath work and the nitrous I had a good combo of distraction. I would recommend this to anyone.

The product itself was fine. Came as described, but this did not help labor one bit and it claims it does. I think it is just in people’s heads if they say it helps.
